Please allow 2-3 days for us to process your order. We aim to process all orders as soon as possible, but as we are a small team doing everything ourselves, we may encounter delays from time to time.

Once processed, please allow up to 15 days for economy delivery. Most products are delivered in under 10 days, but from time to time our products can encounter shipping delays that are beyond our control.

Kinsley & Harlow will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

We do not issue refunds back to original methods of payment. Returns for eligible items are for store credit only.
